charmed by the heart of the city
convenient valet amazing sunset excellent location
the location was wonderful. i walked to great dining and shopping easily. the rooftop restaurant provided amazing sunsets. the convenient valet car service worked well for us.
our room was quite far from the elevator. it involved a bit of a walk.

adequate but not really good stay
odd switches basic toiletries
the room i had was not as expected. the electrical outlets were oddly placed. turning off all the lights required searching for multiple switches. also, the bathroom lacked basic toiletries, i found the absence of even a simple bar of soap surprising.

Very nice Stay!
Our room offered fabulous facilities, and I felt very comfortable. I appreciated the short time it took for housekeeping to clean the room, so it was available when needed! The staff in the lobby showed great attentiveness, a nice touch.
